Ant-Man

Peyton Reed directed Ant-Man. Many sources think the ant-like alien Dr. Mandible is a deliberate reference to Ant-Man:

"I have to hope the ant-like Doctor Mandible was a nod to the director of this episode: Peyton Reed" [2] Vanity Fair

It's also a neat, little calling card from the episode’s director, Ant-Man’s Peyton Reed.[4] Yahoo!
