Keep - Let this page stay. They are recurring enemies of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and have different media appearances like the Foot Clan. If it is merge, the memberships for each one will have to be added to the page in question. --Rtkat3 (talk) 15:34, 2 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The current article contains no actual reliably sourced material, so the merge should be fairly minimal, but expanding the section in the target article beyond the single sentence currently there would not be a bad idea.
