Not yet notable per WP:BIO, with no significant coverage in reliable sources. As outlined in the essay WP:NYOUTUBE, a high YouTube subscriber and viewer count alone (as these are WP:Primary sources) don't necessarily satisfy WP:ENT. The only reliable source I can find about him in a WP:BEFORE search online is the CBC local news article cited, about his charity project, which doesn't amount to WP:SIGCOV. The "Know Your Meme" source is user-edited content, and not a reliable source. The unsourced personal info also suggests a conflict of interest.
