There are very few serious, experienced tracking teachers in this country, indeed, the world. Joel Hardin is one of them. I would say one of the top two in the U.S. This alone justifies the article. Yes, this article needs improvement. That will come later as more and more people come across this article. After all, that is the point of Wikipedia, is it not?
