Requested move (Delhi =/= New Delhi)

I request an administrator to please move the article to 2008 Delhi bombings. Places like Greater Kailash and Karol Bagh come under Municipal Corporation of Delhi and not New Delhi Municipal Council. It is really annoying to see the term "New Delhi" being applied for the whole of Delhi. --Enigma Blues (talk) 18:43, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please provide a source/citation for the entry under motive. I question the neutrality of the "motive" as listed in its current form.
