Incorrect info, Stockton is **NOT** the 3rd largest port in CA <facepalm>

The article is way off with the claim that the port of Stockton is the 3rd largest port in CA behind LA and Long Beach. DID SOMEONE FORGET THE MEGAPORT OF OAKLAND?!?
