If you update the article, please, avoid using "literal translation" from the KMU web-site. Some of the terms there are just misnomers. For instance, everything under "economic cases", "chamber on economic cases" should be arbitration. Also, please, note that all administrative courts are in project. The parliament has not yet passed the required process law.

Something is going on........[edit]

The current Chairman of the Supreme Court Vasyl Onopenko seems to be under attack... His daughter is suspected of fraud. Now here is the problem I'm facing... Onopenko is a former parliamentarian for BYuT (autobiography in Ukrainian can be found here)). At this moment there are also some criminal cases going on against BYuT associated politicians. Last December Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych stated he did not want the Onopenko's resignation. Although I am not a fan of conspiracy theories it could be the case that the Party of Regions is trying to "get ride" of all BYuT sympathizers in public offices including Onopenko. Similar but more classy to the removal of Yury Skuratov. Or his daughter is a common thief... I have no proof of any of this, nevertheless for future possible reference I'm posting this here. — Mariah-Yulia • Talk to me! 18:44, 5 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
