:Icewhiz knows better than the Poles - Communist Poland was independent, created the Warsaw Pact, constructed arms industry instead to feed the Poles, prepared invasion of Denmark, our powerful and terrible enemy, self-censured, believed that Germans murdered Polish officers. :Behr is an obsessional IPN enemy. He belongs to Western left, which wants to indoctrinate Polish people. He participated in the infamous Paris "conference". Assessment

Strzembosz died in 2004 and Michlic attacks him in 2012. His texts are available in Polish only, so no English only speaking reader of Michlic is able to verify her opinion. Where and when did Strzembosz write about the Żydokomuna? He has written many texts, the only opinion is negative, this makes the page biased.Xx236 (talk) 07:07, 2 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

In the 90s and moreso in the early 2000s. Michlic (who speaks/reads Polish AFAIK - studied at Łódź) is a RS on historiography (and has covered Strzembosz extensively - also prior to 2012 - all more or less the same). Reflecting coverage of our subject in RSes is not biased. Icewhiz (talk) 07:13, 2 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
It's still nasty to attack dead people.
Listing a university professor Strzembosz and economist Żebrowski misinforms. Another problem is Musial, a German doctor, who publishes in Germany. Xx236 (talk) 07:19, 2 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
The quoted sources are "progressive", "anti-nationalistic". Xx236 (talk) 07:27, 2 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
See - Shore, Marci. "Conversing with ghosts: Jedwabne, Zydokomuna, and totalitarianism." Kritika: Explorations in Russian and Eurasian History 6.2 (2005): 345-374. - Strzembosz's radical apologist response, which involved blaming Jews for their own murder and denying Polish participation - was very much critiqued while he was alive (Shore published this a bit after his death, the sources in her work are from prior to his death). Icewhiz (talk) 07:31, 2 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Marci Shore is progressive herself.
Icewhiz, you don't have any idea about Poland and Strzembosz. You are biased like hell. Xx236 (talk) 07:34, 2 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
"According to the most radical interpretations, represented, among academic historians, by Tomasz Strzembosz, Poles were oppressed and forced to submit to a foreign power throughout the entire period of the PRL. Such views are shared by right-wing parties emerging out of Solidarity (such as Law and Justice) and defended in the Krakow journal “Arcana”, led by Andrzej Nowak. But neither Strzembosz15 nor Nowak16 are specialists of the PRL's history. Indeed, the debate over the Communist past is widely taking place in the press (publicystyka) rather than in scientific journals. - Behr, Valentin. "The writing of the" political" history of Communism in Poland." COST Conference" The Memory of Communism in Europe: actors, norms, institutions". 2014. Any issues with Behr? Icewhiz (talk) 07:37, 2 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
"A good exponent of the radical nonsovereign view is Tomasz Strzembosz. In an article in Tygodnik SolidarnoÉc in 1992.... Polonsky, Antony. "" The Conquest of History?" Toward a Usable Past in Poland Lecture 1: An Assessment of the History of Poland since 1939." Harvard Ukrainian Studies 27.1/4 (2004): 217-250. Icewhiz (talk) 07:41, 2 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The question of Poland's sovereignty under communism remains fraught. Gerald Ford lost the 1976 United States presidential election partly by asserting that Poland was not controlled by the Soviet Union.

Behr is an obsessional IPN enemy. He belongs to Western left, which wants to indoctrinate Polish people. He participated in the infamous Paris "conference". There exists similar Western left, which wants to indoctrinate Israeli people. Xx236 (talk) 07:03, 3 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
