** SammiBrie Hi Sammi! Thank you for looking over the article and for the feedback. I just updated the citations. The hook fact that you wrote is correct! The one about the female to male ratio that I wrote was specific to E. interjectus but I'd be totally ok with it being broadend to what you wrote. Thank you!Bomapoodle (talk) 04:20, 31 March 2024 (UTC)

*** Bomapoodle Thanks! (By the way, I did not get the ping—my username has a space in it, "Sammi Brie".) Both hook facts are ready to go. We are almost there, but I'd like to challenge you to take the long quotes from sources and say them in our own words. Once that's done, I think I can approve this. Ping me here. Sammi Brie I just paraphrased those longer quotes. Thanks again for your help and please let me know if there is anything that I can do!Bomapoodle (talk) 19:33, 3 April 2024 (UTC)

5x expanded by Bomapoodle (talk). Self-nominated at 13:25, 1 March 2024 (UTC). Post-promotion hook changes for this nom will be logged at Template talk:Did you know nominations/Euwallacea interjectus; consider watching this nomination, if it is successful, until the hook appears on the Main Page.

 • @Bomapoodle: New enough and large enough expansion. Nominator is QPQ-exempt. The hook fact seems to be covered by Similarly, Euwallacea spp. can attack and inoculate their plant pathogenic mutualists into healthy and declining trees (let me know if I am wrong). The main issue with this nomination and multiple others from your class at WashU is that there are multiple uncited statements. All statements outside the lead section need to be covered by an inline citation. This must be fixed for the nomination to continue. Sammi Brie (she/her • tc) 03:52, 31 March 2024 (UTC)
