Hi

Hi my friend, happy to see you again. If you and your family will come in Rome you will be my guests. Greetings.--LivioAndronico (talk) 22:24, 13 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Livioandronico2013: It's good to see you again too my friend. If you keep fucking around on Commons, you'll be over here with me forever... As regards Rome, I'd love to have a long vacation there. So much great history, beautiful architecture, and art. For now I'm stuck out in the American desert... But I've got a great Italian novel I'll be reading as soon as I'm finished with my current book. It's called Le confessioni d'un italiano by Ippolito Nievo. Looks like an interesting read. The other popular Italian classic novel I've read is I Promesi Sposi by Manzoni, which was great. lNeverCry 23:03, 14 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Better stay with a friend than with poisonous snakes....in Taranto (my city) the people say "in the life a man need only 2 thing, a good bottle of wine and a friend to share it with" I am full of wine and I'm waiting for you --LivioAndronico (talk) 18:30, 16 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Livioandronico2013: My heart says yes, but my wallet says no. But it's all in the spirit of the thing. As for snakes, there's plenty here too. I used to be an admin here, but the snakes bit me on the ass! lNeverCry 06:45, 17 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
But in fact I wanted to say here with you friend, however quiet if you want to come, you will be my guest (for all) in the center of Rome.--LivioAndronico (talk) 20:12, 21 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
It does sound nice! I've been all through the US, from one end to the other, bit I've never left my native soil. And I may never get the chance. I wish lack of money was my only reason, but I had a pretty bad seizure last night, and was in bed till dinner time today. There's no cure for epilepsy really, though they do have split-brain operations that're for more severe epilepsy than mine, and which are usually reserved for younger sufferers than me, with my 49 years and gray taking over my beard and hair. I don't leave my house very often, some of it for fear that I might have a bad fit in front of other people, and ruin their day. Drain a glass of white whine for me one of these days - I never liked the red... lNeverCry 03:04, 22 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I can wait! I do not think you can ruin my day, rather improve it! Sorry but I was busy seeing the material on your compatriot --LivioAndronico (talk) 21:48, 29 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Livioandronico2013: Manson?! Ugh, kill me now! I hope you don't listen to that weirdo. I'd much rather see your compatriot! lNeverCry 04:30, 1 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
ahahahha Slash,Blur (band),Skunk Anansie Green Day etc... and tomorrow The Offspring!!! --LivioAndronico (talk) 21:25, 1 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
So you're a punk fan like my old Russian friend in Moscow. I'm more a fan of Metallica, Katatonia, Opeth, and American rock from the 60s and 70s. I do like the Offspring though. We don't have many good shows up here in Reno. The big bands all do their shows down in Las Vegas or over in San Francisco, which is about a 3 or 4 hour drive from Reno... I'd love to go to Rome. I'm an Irish Catholic, so going to the Vatican or meeting the Pope would be something very special for me, especially as Pope Francis seems to be truly pious and compassionate. lNeverCry 03:19, 4 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
MMMMmmmm if you want see the Pope I can try...but you need to come here , Unfortunately, my uncle died a dozen days ago and could give me a hand. But I can try. For sure like punk --LivioAndronico (talk) 16:06, 9 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! Since the image now has a white background, would it be possible for you to change your "Oppose" vote? Sandvich18 (talk) 08:45, 20 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I've changed it. lNeverCry 20:20, 20 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Please reverse my block, it's unjust!

Hi, my IP address has been blocked indefinitely from WikiMedia because I didn't fully understand the rules when I was making my FIRST uploads. I had a bunch of CC BY photography associated with my novel and I thought this was a place to share Openly Licensed material, I didn't realize the fact that the photographs were associated with something I was promoting would cause issue, and I certainly didn't think the result would be to BAN me indefinitely from contributing. Please reverse this and let me have a chance to learn the rules!!! I just want to upload photos I've taken of Flora and Fauna from Ontario provincial parks. I'm part of the Open Movement and volunteer for Creative Commons. This whole thing is really upsetting. Please reverse it. I've never indef-blocked an IP in my life, I only blocked your account. It doesn't matter much anyways because my administrator right was taken away on Commons months ago. I couldn't unblock you if I wanted to. I don't even edit over there any more at all. Unfortunately you're S.O.L just like me. lNeverCry 04:23, 1 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked for a fortnight

Per the results of Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/INeverCry, I've blocked the Daphne sock indefinitely, and blocked this account for a fortnight. If you'd rather I reverse thse blocks, I'd be willing to do so. Courcelles (talk) 01:58, 11 August 2017 (UTC) (NB: By reverse, I meant unblock Daphne and make that the single account you use. Courcelles (talk) 02:16, 11 August 2017 (UTC))[reply]

@Courcelles: No worries. I've got other accounts I can use. lNeverCry 04:52, 11 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Considering your response here, and the actions you took at Commons after this deception was uncovered (and which required an emergency desysop there after you went rogue), I have changed your block length to indefinite. Fram (talk) 06:22, 11 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

New Page Reviewer Newsletter

Hello INeverCry, thank you for your efforts reviewing new pages!

Backlog update:

  • The new page backlog is currently at 16,991 pages. We have worked hard to decrease from over 22,000, but more hard work is needed! Please consider reviewing even just a few pages a a day.

Technology update:

  • Rentier has created a NPP browser in WMF Labs that allows you to search new unreviewed pages using keywords and categories.

General project update:

  • The Wikimedia Foundation Community Tech team is working with the community to implement the autoconfirmed article creation trial. The trial is currently set to start on 7 September 2017, pending final approval of the technical features.
  • Please remember to focus on the quality of review: correct tagging of articles and not tagbombing are important. Searching for potential copyright violations is also important, and it can be aided by Earwig's Copyvio Detector, which can be added to your toolbar for ease of use with this user script.
  • To keep up with the latest conversation on New Pages Patrol or to ask questions, you can go to Wikipedia talk:New pages patrol/Reviewers and add it to your watchlist.

If you wish to opt-out of future mailings, go here. TonyBallioni (talk) 20:33, 24 August 2017 (UTC) [reply]

Unblock request

This user is asking that their block be reviewed:

INeverCry (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

I realize that my behavior has been unacceptable here and especially on Commons. Regardless of whether this unblock request is successful, I don't intend to do any more editing on any project using sock accounts or IPs. If unblocked, I would do constructive editing in the areas of English and Russian literature, WikiProject assessments, copy editing, and minor category clean-up. I've never been blocked here before this, but I would understand completely if an unblock here would be considered a last chance. I will be requesting unblock on Commons, but I think I'll wait a year or more before doing so because my behavior there was so out of line. In the meantime I believe I have something positive and constructive to add here on Wikipedia. If it's felt that conditions need to be put in place I would agree to whatever is determined. Thanks for your consideration. lNeverCry 23:01, 19 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Notes:

  • In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
  • Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
Administrator use only:
