Blaze the Wolf Said You Could Help?

I saw that Blaze the Wolf had a fun custom signature on a [House] question he answered for me, and I asked him how to do that. He said "My signature was made by Levi_OP so if you want a cool signature like mine, I'm sure they'd be willing to help you out." I got as far as managing this:

But my own attempts at changing the colours were not successful. I thought I could Google colour hex codes and punch them in, but that did not seem to produce the desired results. Would you be so kind as to tell me how to make the black background red (in the style of #ff0000) and the text white (a la #ffffff)? Signatures are a combination of wikimarkup and html (including css for colors and stuff) which I am very well versed in. You can make your signature look however you want but the way that I have mine and the people's that I've made for in the past happen to look the same with the black background and color. Okay. The problem is, from an administrator's point of view, it's generally impossible to tell if two accounts are the same person messing around, or two separate people. The other problem is we have had a lot of very disruptive users who have operated hundreds of sockpuppets, attempting at all costs to fly under the radar and not be noticed, and it's impossible to tell if two accounts are both them as well. @Kaleeb18: Hey! I can totally do that. Keep in mind it can be customized however you want. You could have the link to your talk page styled differently or you could have the color be whatever you want. The background can also be any color, shape, etc. You get the idea. @Kaleeb18: Sorry for the late response, I was busy in real life. As I understand it you want the talk to not have the white background or anything and just text witch is above and smaller. Also, since you wanted the colors to be like your school, I've provided a few options using colors from their brand guidelines page. Here are the options:

A version with everything the same besides the name:

If you don't like it, we can still experiment with different options. And to get around the character limit, you can make a subpage on your userpage and then subsitute it in your signature. This is how.

Make a new page at User:Itcouldbepossible/sig, and put your signature there
In your signature box in settings, put {{subst:User:Itcouldbepossible/sig}}

@Levi OP I'm concerned that you are suggesting that people substitute their signatures. There is a reason that the box has a limit on the number of characters - One rule per WP:CUSTOMSIG/P is that the following are disallowed - "Complicated signatures contain a lot of code ("markup") that is revealed in the edit window, and can take up unnecessary amounts of narrative space, which can make both reading and editing harder" As a rule of thumb, if it doesn't fit in the box, it's too long. @Itcouldbepossible: I think that the issue was with the colors and size of the code rather than with the log and contribs. having the gradient on the text and background adds and lot of characters to the text. Thanks Levi. You helped me more than I asked for. Ok, so the placement of the code also matters. And yes, I really was having problems with that user box. Ok, so a margin did the trick. The service award progress won't come up, freaking my life out, changing code for hours, and seeing the preview. And you did it so easily, just like a flick. Is there a trick, or is it experience? I'm currently working on Sam W. Heads' page, with his collaboration. There's a lot of edit to do, including new chapters for personal life, publications, and the links for reference. When you reverted the largely unreferenced section on efficiency, you restored much unreferenced material. Per WP:BURDEN, as the restoring editor, you automatically take on the responsibility for providing all the referencing for the material that you restored that is unreferenced. Unless you do that, you should not restore it.

We tried to get my Discord pfp on it and it worked for a while, but unfortunately it was taken down because, although I had proof that the artist had given permission, I needed an email or a tweet directly from them that said it was ok. So I haven't really gone out to get the permission required. @Blaze Wolf: I've finished the new system that is easier to use. Instead of having to copy all of that div and style code, you can just use <sec>Section</sec> for custom section titles.
