Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Problem IP editor at Plurality (voting)

Hi Ontario Teacher, I need help with a problem at Plurality (voting). An IP editor keeps placing inchoate text in topics, related to plurality, apparently using several IP addresses. See this edit, in particular, which is similar to a previous one. I don't feel that I can tackle this on my own, so I'm hoping that you can help. I just reverted a reversion the same IP made at Proportional representation, where you corrected one of his edits.

Return of disruptive IP editor

Hi, Ontario Teacher BFA BEd--The editor, who was writing incoherent contributions on topics relating to Plurality (voting) and Plurality voting system, has returned with these edits. Since he seems to be trolling me, perhaps you could look at this. Cheers, User:HopsonRoad 22:25, 22 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Ontario Teacher BFA BEd--You'll note the same incoherent language added below, on your talk page at "Your Plurality/Majority understanding" by "NewSpeechKiller". He's been stalking my Talk page, as well. User:HopsonRoad 04:31, 20 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
