Properly tagging articles

Your misuse of Template:More citations needed with a "section" designation on Memories (Maroon 5 song) has been reverted. The article has multiple news sources and chart positions, so your tag is incorrect. Learn how and when to correctly use tags, and leave edit summaries explaining your reasoning or you will continue to be reverted in future. Thank you. Ss112 12:24, 25 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Editing while logged out

Concerns have been raised that you may be editing while logged out. That is to say you may be editing anonymously with an IP address as your identifier. This is strongly discouraged for editors with a registered account as it can create an appearance of attempting to avoid scrutiny of your edits and/or sockpuppetry which is a serious no no around here. Socking, in particular, can get you blocked. Please do not edit while logged out. If you find yourself in a situation which for some unusual reason such as using a public access computer that may not be secure, where you do not feel comfortable logging in, be sure to identify yourself in your edit summaries to avoid any appearance of impropriety. Thank you for your contributions to the project. -Ad Orientem (talk) 17:55, 25 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

September 2019

Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits to Pretty Little Liars while logged out. Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow the use of both an account and an IP address by the same person in the same setting and doing so may result in your account being blocked from editing. Additionally, making edits while logged out reveals your IP address, which may allow others to determine your location and identity. If this was not your intention, please remember to log in when editing. Thank you. Ad Orientem (talk) 16:46, 29 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
