Minor edits

You tagged your edit to Renminbi as "minor". Please read WP:MINOR but in a nutshell, "minor" edits are ones that make trivial corrections to spelling, grammar or sentence order but don't have any significant effect on meaning. Size does not matter: for example to change "not" to "now" is only a one letter change but is certainly not minor. You could almost say that if you are in any doubt about significance, then you may safely assume that it isn't minor. Nobody will ever challenge you for not tagging.

No harm done and your edit can stay, at least as far as I am concerned. Welcome again to Wikipedia. 𝕁𝕄𝔽 (talk) 12:04, 19 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Wow, thanks I had no idea. I will consider that going foward. Zillakha (talk) 12:21, 19 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
There are only another million and one rules you still have to discover . If you are really keen, you can read Wikipedia:Manual of Style but you will be one of a very few who have read any of it before they had to. Maybe just note the table of contents? --𝕁𝕄𝔽 (talk) 13:06, 19 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Cool, this is helpful. Zillakha (talk) 13:30, 19 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for July 23

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Ferdinando Cito Filomarino, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Crystal Globe. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 10:36, 23 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Drive by tagging

I noticed at Raleigh, Mississippi, that you tagged much of the article's unsourced content, including the entire demographic section that appeared to be sourced at the start of the section. Please take a moment to read WP:RESPTAG, and note that fixing the problem is much preferred to just pointing out the problem and then leaving it for someone else to fix. If you need help with sourcing, please see Help:Referencing for beginners . Thanks! --Magnolia677 (talk) 10:49, 27 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Cn in lead

Wikipedia doesn't use references in the lead sections, due to them being a summary of the cited information in the article body. Tim O'Doherty (talk) 10:24, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of MA-FRA

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on MA-FRA, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. I have sent you a note about a page you started

Hi Zillakha. Thank you for your work on Micro-internship. Another editor, Alpha3031, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:

Hi Zillakha, thank you for creating the article on micro-internships, it does seem like an interesting topic. However, I am somewhat concerned about the accuracy of some of the unsourced claims in the article, which may need to be further clarified, sourced or removed.

For example, the article states that the concept was first introduced in 2014, however, this is contradicted by earlier use in articles such as Lantos (1994)[1], which uses the term in the context of (shorter than normal) internships aligning business academia with industry practice. (I can't find an open access copy, but I was able to scrounge up a PDF that I can share if necessary) Lantos also cites an older 1988 work that I am not able to access. It could be that newer sources distinguish the context from the terms prior use, but this seems difficult to verify for others without reading the actual source material, and may require further qualification.

If you remember at all where you found the facts in this section, please add them to the article if you have the time. Thank you.
