I'm pretty sure this guy is notable. He seems to get a fair bit of press coverage in RS such as Rozhlas Česká televize and HN. Leaning towards keep. The ČT source mentions he won a world championship race, though he isn't listed on the World Triathlon Cup page, so I'm not sure how to interpret that. Keep Definitely notable, has coverage per above and won multiple World Cup titles as well as two national championships and a bronze medal at the European championsips.
