ArbCom elections are now open![edit]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Alison Richards is Anglican[edit]

Hello, you recently removed my edit of Alison Richards being an Anglican. I think this is the wrong thing to do because although she lives in the US now, that does not make her automatically Episcopalian. She was baptised in the Church of England and should be called Anglican as this is the English term and how she would identify herself. Thank you.

It was not me, see [1]. --Vejvančický (talk / contribs) 10:34, 3 January 2016 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for January 4[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited František Juhan, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Jawa (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

There is an election[edit]

Hi Vejvančický, there is an election concerning your native town and so on, going from now on till 5th February. There are two candidates for whom I voted. They need some other votes. Our old pal, I mean another person, is still there, doing things. Kind regards, --Zbrnajsem (talk) 18:26, 23 January 2016 (UTC)

Re. Wifione ArbCom case[edit]

This is probably irrelevant now that it's been a year and a half since the case closed, but for the record - I was wrong about Wifione. My involvement in the ArbCom case has become a source of embarrassment and I feel awkward reading through some of my comments there. Much as I hate speaking negatively about anyone, he was one of the most manipulative editors I've ever come across, and we are much better off without him. Please disregard anything critical I may have said about your continued involvement with Wifione; I was completely and utterly wrong, and I only realized it a few months too late.
