Munster

In 1980 the Munster football championship just contained 1 Quarter-Final & same with Semi-Final as that All Ireland Champions Kerry decided to refuse an open draw and keep Munster in the seeding system as that Kerry for a few years were winning most of there matches so they were a bye to the Munster Final of course due to by 1 sided margins every year. So the rest of the draw as follows so 2 Preliminary Round Matches were played they were contested between Clare, Limerick, Tipperary & Waterford off course the winners played the Quarter-Final and the Quarter-Final winner would play Cork who were a bye team to the Semi-Final in that year.
