The 2016 Commonwealth of Independent States Cup is the 24th annual Commonwealth of Independent States Cup since its establishment in 1993. It was being hosted by the city of Saint Petersburg, Russia from 17 January to 23 January 2016.
Format
This edition see's a reduction in sides to eight Under 21 teams. Therefore, two groups of four teams will take part. Group winners take part in the final.[1]
