The 2023–24 Ohio State Buckeyes women's basketball team represented Ohio State University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Buckeyes were led by head coach Kevin McGuff in his 11th season, and played their games at Value City Arena as a member of the Big Ten Conference.

Previous season

The Buckeyes finished the 2022–23 season with a 28–8 record, including 12–6 in Big Ten play to finish in fourth place. They received an at-large bid to the 2023 NCAA Division I women's basketball tournament, and advanced to the Elite Eight for the first time since 1993, before being eliminated by Virginia Tech.[1][2]
