Sadio Doumbia and Fabien Reboul defeated Francisco Cabral and Rafael Matos in the final, 4–6, 7–5, [10–7] to win the doubles title at the 2023 Chengdu Open. It was both players' first ATP Tour title.

Nikola Čačić and Dušan Lajović were the reigning champions from 2019, when the tournament was last held,[1] but chose not to participate this year.
