Notes:
- ^ a b Tiraspol, the fourth-placed team, would have qualified for the Europa League first qualifying round, but were dissolved at the end of the 2014–15 season.[14] As a result, the berth was given to Saxan, the fifth-placed team of the league.[15]
- ^ FC Costuleni were officially withdrawn from the league on 20 November 2014.[16]
- ^ FC Veris were officially withdrawn from the league on 5 December 2014.[17]

Results
The schedule consists of three rounds. During the first two rounds, each team plays each other once home and away for a total of 20 matches. The pairings of the third round will then be set according to the standings after the first two rounds, giving every team a third game against each opponent for a total of 30 games per team.
