First Lady of Cape Verde is the title attributed to the wife of the president of Cape Verde. The country's current first lady is Lígia Fonseca, wife of President Jorge Carlos Fonseca, who had held the position since September 9, 2011. There has been no first gentleman of Cape Verde to date.
