Perth Glory Football Club are a Perth-based professional soccer club, who compete in the A-League. They have played at their current home ground, Perth Oval, since their foundation in 1995. The club played its first competitive match in the first round of the 1996–97 National Soccer League, in October 1996. Perth is one of the three National Soccer League clubs that were implemented into the A-League for the inaugural 2005–06 season, and has since participated in every A-League season.

This list includes the major honours won by Perth and records set by the club, their players and their managers. The player records section lists the club's leading goalscorers and those who have made most appearances in first-team competitions, as well as major awards won by Perth players. It also records the highest transfer fees paid and received by the club. Attendance records at Perth Oval, the club's home ground since its formation, and other temporary home grounds, such as Perth Stadium and Subiaco Oval, are also included. This list also emcompasses the club's league record by opponent.
