Pakpak Bharat Regency is a regency in North Sumatra, Indonesia. Its seat is Salak. In 2000, the regency covered an area of 1.218.3 square kilometres and according to the 2010 census it had a population of 40,481;[1] the latest official estimate (for mid 2018) is 48,119.[2]

Administration

The regency is divided administratively into eight districts (kecamatan), tabulated below with their 2010 Census population,[1] together with the estimated populations in mid 2018:[3] The table also includes the number of administrative villages (desa and kelurahan) in each district and its post code.
