Rabia Butt (born Rabia Rashid, 26 February 1990), is a Pakistani super model,[3][4] actress and TEDx speaker.[5] She has worked with all the leading brands of Pakistan, mostly the face of many renowned brands such as Khaadi, ÉLAN and Sapphire. She has won two Lux Style Awards[6] and a BCW award for her work in Pakistan's fashion industry.[7] Later, she persuaded her career as an actress.

Early life

Rabia was born in Lahore, Pakistan. She received her early and higher education from Lahore and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications.[8]

Career

She filmed her debut feature film titled Hijrat (2016), directed by Farooq Mengal, opposite Asad Zaman. The film was released in 2016.[9]

She appeared in several music videos such as Saaiyaan by Qurat-ul-Ain Balouch and Nakhun by Sajjad Ali.

She also debut on TV screen in a famous period drama Aangan (2018) on HUM TV, directed by Mohammed Ehteshamuddin, followed by Yeh Dil Mera (2019), directed by Aehsun Talish opposite Adnan Siddique alongside Sajjal Ali and Ahad Raza Mir. Currently, we are watching her as a lead role in another TV project named Soteli Maamta (2020), directed by Meer Sikandar Ali.
