Shahrak-e Ayatollah Madani (Persian: شهرك ايت الله مدني, also Romanized as Shahrak-e Āyatollah Madanī) is a village in Jarahi Rural District of the Central District of Mahshahr County, Khuzestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 4,295 in 901 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 6,214 people in 1,504 households.[4] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 6,089 people in 1,517 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
