Bala Rokh Rural District (Persian: دهستان بالارخ) is a rural district (dehestan) in Jolgeh Rokh District, Torbat-e Heydarieh County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 7,483, in 1,981 families.[1] The rural district has 19 villages.
