Khandan Rural District (Persian: دهستان خندان) is a rural district (dehestan) in Tarom Sofla District, Qazvin County, Qazvin Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 7,892, in 2,161 families.[1] The rural district has 35 villages.
