Josefa Acevedo de Gómez

Josefa Acevedo de Gomez (1803–1861) was the first civilian[clarification needed] woman writer in Colombia. She was born in Bogotá and died in Pasca, Cundinamarca.

She was the grandmother of Colombian politician and poet Adolfo Leon Gomez.
