Luxembourg was represented by Céline Carzo in the Eurovision Song Contest 1990 with the song "Quand je te rêve".

Before Eurovision

Internal selection

Luxembourg and RTL Télévision continued to internally select the entry for the contest. For the 1990 contest, French singer Céline Carzo was selected with the song "Quand je te rêve" (When I Dream Of You), sung in French.

At Eurovision

Carzo performed for Luxembourg 6th in the running order, following the Netherlands and preceding the United Kingdom. Her song received 38 points, placing 13th of 22 countries competing.
