Nassau Street is a 2 kilometre street in Winnipeg, Manitoba, comprising a north part and a south part partly in the Osborne Village neighbourhood and partly in the Fort Rouge neighbourhood. The street is home to a prominent address, 55 Nassau, which is currently the tallest residential building in Winnipeg until 300 Main St. is completed. Also, Nassau Street Church is located in the northern portion of the street.

Nassau St. North north terminus is Roslyn Crescent and travels in a southeast direction, crossing Pembina Hwy., swinging southwest before joining up with Garwood Avenue. Its route length is 1.3 km (0.81 mi)

Nassau St. South north terminus is Brandon and travels in a southeast direction ending near Churchill Drive with a break near Kylemore Avenue. Its route length is 700 m (0.43 mi).
