Joan Crespo Sistiaga (born 29 January 1988, San Sebastián, Spain) is a Spanish slalom canoeist who has competed at the international level since 2004.[1][2]

He won three medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with a gold (K1 team: 2019) and two bronzes (K1: 2019, K1 team: 2009), all in La Seu d'Urgell. He also won a bronze medal in the K1 team event at the 2016 European Championships in Liptovský Mikuláš.
