Castellana Sicula (Sicilian: Castiddana) is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Palermo in the Italian region Sicily, located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) southeast of Palermo.
Castellana Sicula borders the following municipalities: Petralia Sottana, Polizzi Generosa, Villalba.
