Fadil Novalić (born 25 September 1959) is a Bosnian politician who is the 9th and current Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.[3] He is a member of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA), for which he seated in the SDA Council and chaired the SDA Board for Economic-Financial Policy.

Novalić is an Entrepreneur and a mechanical engineer by profession. He is credited for reviving the automotive industry in his hometown of Gradačac after the Bosnian War. After many years at the helm of Cimos TMD Gradačac, he was dismissed as President of the company due to alleged abuse of power in 2013, following which employees protested against his dismissal. He is the former chairman of Bosnian professional football club Zvijezda Gradačac. Novalić has authored much of SDA's economic programme.
