El Campo (also, Paradise Park)[2] is an unincorporated community in Marin County, California.[1] It is located 3 miles (4.8 km) south-southeast of Point San Quentin,[2] at an elevation of 56 feet (17 m).[1]

El Campo is derived from a Spanish phrase meaning "the flat country".[3] The settlement was started as a resort built by the San Francisco and North Pacific Railroad.[2]
