Türkmenbaşy District (Turkmen: Türkmenbaşy etraby) is a district of Balkan Province in Turkmenistan. The administrative center of the district is the town of Türkmenbaşy.
Its name is derived from former President of Turkmenistan, Saparmurat Niyazov.
