Denov (Uzbek: Denov, Tajik: Dehnav, Russian: Денау / Denau) is a town in Surxondaryo Region of Uzbekistan, the administrative center of Denov District.

Economy and population

In 2009 the town population was listed as 104,400 persons. Denov's economy revolves around cross-border trade with Tajikistan and agriculture from the surrounding hinterland.[2]
