Insaaf Ka Tarazu (The Scales of Justice) is a 1980 Hindi film produced and directed by B. R. Chopra, based on the 1976 drama film Lipstick. The film stars Raj Babbar, Deepak Parashar, Zeenat Aman, Padmini Kohlapure, Iftekhar, Simi Garewal, Shreeram Lagoo and Dharmendra in a guest appearance. The music of the film was composed by Ravindra Jain. The film was remade later in Tamil as Neethi Devan Mayakkam (1982), with Madhavi in Zeenat Aman's role. The film became a box office Big hit.[1] The phrase "Insaaf Ka Tarazu" means "The balance (or scale) of justice".

Insaf Ka Tarazu was known for not featuring as many songs as the average Bollywood film at the time. The movie features four songs, by playback singers Asha Bhosle, Mahendra Kapoor and Hemlata.
