Kento Kaku (賀来 賢人, Kaku Kento, born 3 July 1989) is a Japanese actor. He is born from Tokyo. He is represented with Amuse, Inc. His wife is actress Nana Eikura.
Biography
He is the second son of two brothers. The actress Chikako Kaku is his aunt (his father's sister).[1] After going through Gyousei Gakuen in elementary ,
middle and high, he dropped out from Aoyama Gakuin University.[2]
The chance for his debut was that Kaku himself, who heard the message after taking a business card with a man from the office who saw the family photo of Kakus by chance, "Please tell him this woman (a wise man) to contact us" it was.[3]
He made his acting debut in films in 2007. In 2009, he starred in the film Giniro no Ame for the first time. In 2012, he later starred in the television drama Clover. He played the hero, Hanako's brother Kichitaro Ando in the AsadoraHanako to Anne broadcast in the first half of 2014. He later played in the 2015 Taiga dramaHana Moyu as ShinsengumiOkita Sōji.[4]
In April 2015, he was appointed a New Caledonia Tourism Goodwill Ambassador.[5]
Private life
On 7 August 2016, he announced that he had married the actress Nana Eikura who co-starred in N no tame ni' (TBS Television).[6]
On 14 March 2017, it was revealed that his wife, Eikura, was pregnant with their first child and was scheduled to give birth in the same summer.[7] On 12 June of the same year, the fact that their first child was born is reported on 14 June, two days later, and gender, name, etc. are not revealed.[8]
^Tao Tsuchiya (as sister Momo) who co-starred in Hanako to Anne in 2014 was because the recording studio of Tsuchiya Mare, in which she served as a heroine and in Hana Moyu that Kaku appeared were next to each other, the reunion of the two was realized.
