Deque Systems (/ˈdiːkjuː/ DEE-kew) is a digital accessibility company based in Herndon, Virginia with additional offices in Ann Arbor, Michigan[1] and Kavuri Hills Madhapur, Hyderabad India. The company was started in 1999 and produces accessibility software in addition to offering accessibility consulting services.
The CEO of Deque Systems is Preety Kumar.[2]
Products
Deque tools, services and training are used to achieve compliance in support of the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines,[3] the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 508.
WorldSpace is an enterprise-level toolkit for automated web and native mobile accessibility testing and monitoring of websites.[4]
axe is a free testing app and API for testing web pages, Android, iOS and Windows applications for web accessibility errors. [5][6]
Amaze is a tool which produces server-based accessibility overlays in order to render web pages accessible for users with disabilities.[7][8]
Deque University is a collection of online accessibility training courses covering a range of topics from introductory level to expert-level International Association of Accessibility Professionals CPACC.[9]
