B. Rakesh Rakesh Bahuleyan (B Rakesh) is one of the leading Indian film producer and the owner of Universal Cinemas, who has contributed remarkably to the Malayalam film Industry. He has produced super hit Malayalam Movies under his Banner Universal Cinemas mainly - Vakkalathu Narayanankutty, Njan Salperu Ramankutty ,Malayalimaamanu Vanakkam, Rathrimazha ,One by Two, Pullikaran Stara, SAKHAVU and Dakini & Mera Naam Shaji

He has been in the entertainment industry for the last two decades. He is also credited as the producer of the First Malayalam Mega Serial Vamsham penned by Sri. K Jayakumar IAS. Directed by Seekumar Krishan Nair. His association with the Television Industry was long and illustrious as he produced programmes for Doordarshan which included Chitrageetham, Smrithylayam, etc. He has produced the critically acclaimed serialParudeesayilakkoru Paatha, Lenin Rajendran directed Madhavikutty's Balyakalasmaranakal and 260 episode serialSuryakanthi.
