Thyagam (transl. Sacrifice) is a Tamil film released in 1978 with Sivaji Ganesan in the lead role of a protagonist.[1] It is a remake of the 1975 Hindi film Amanush.[2] Upon released the film was blockbuster and highest-grossing film of the year.[3]

Soundtrack

The Music is scored by Ilayaraja and the lyrics are written by Kannadasan.[4] The album was released under the label Saregama.[5]
