Sinder, is a rural commune composed by q located in the region of Tillabéri Niger. Sinder is the place of the Wogo people and their language is Wogo ciné formed from Songhai/Zarma languages. The commune was formed by a king fled from Gao during the fall of Songhai Empire. Its habitants are farmers and fishermen. They cultivate rice , maize , pepper, onions etc alongside the River Niger and cereals like Manioc , Millet and sorghum , okoro during the raining season. Rules by an amiru Mamoudou Djingarey a descendent of its first king. [1]
