Club career
Fluminense
Born in Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Alex joined Fluminense's youth setup in June 2016, from São Paulo.[1] On 17 January 2018, he appeared as an unused substitute in a 3–1 Campeonato Carioca away loss against Boavista.[2]

On 1 July 2020, Alex renewed his contract until 2024.[6]
