Aviation Park station in Singapore

Aviation Park MRT station[1] is a future underground Mass Rapid Transit station on the Cross Island MRT line (CRL) located in Changi, Singapore, located next to Changi Coast Road and Aviation Park Road. It will be the terminus for the Cross Island Line,[2][3][4] and will be the easternmost MRT station in Singapore when it opens in 2029, serving the Airport Logistics Park of Singapore, FedEx- TNT Ship Center, Changi Exhibition Centre, Changi Ferry Terminal and Changi Beach Park.

The Cross Island line's numbering scheme reserves station code "CR1" for a future extension towards Changi Airport.[3]

History

On 25 January 2019, Land Transport Authority announced that Aviation Park station would be part of the proposed Cross Island Line (CRL). The station will be constructed as part of Phase 1, consisting of 12 stations between Aviation Park and Bright Hill, and is expected to be completed in 2029.[5][6][7]
