Generation Park[1] (USA) is a 4,200 acre commercial development located in Houston, Texas and is privately owned by McCord[2], a Houston based real estate developer.

Generation Park (Poland), previously known as Skanska Tower, is a neomodern office building under construction by real estate developer Skanska in Warsaw, Poland, designed by JEMS Architekci.[3] Generation Park is estimated to be completed by 2020.

The tower will be accompanied by two lower buildings.[4]
