Mettuguda is a neighbourhood in Secunderabad city in the Indian state of Telangana.
Mettuguda is divided into three regions Mettuguda, Alugadda bavi and New Mettuguda. These are divided by Mettuguda Y Junction. Famous Hindu Temples there include Temple Ayyappa, Uma Mesheshwara Temple .
