Stefano Sottile (born 26 January 1998) is an Italian high jumper.

He won gold medal at the 2015 World Youth Championships in Athletics,[2] finished fourth at the 2019 European U23 Championships and third at the 2019 European Team Championships Super League. He also competed at the 2016 World U20 Championships and the 2019 World Championships without reaching the final.
