The Miss Illinois' Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Illinois in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.

Imani P. Muse of Illinois City was crowned Miss Illinois' Outstanding Teen on June 14, 2019 at the Marion Cultural and Civic Center in Marion, Illinois. She competed for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2020 at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center on July 27, 2019 in Orlando, Florida age where she received the Non-Finalist Interview award.
