Cerro Maggiore (Legnanese: Scerr [ˈʃɛr]) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Milan in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 20 kilometres (12 mi) northwest of Milan.

On 25 August 1946 Benito Mussolini's corpse was buried in the town, remaining here until 30 August 1957.
